2. Website delivery via Cloudflare
We use Cloudflare services to deliver and secure this website. When you access the site, technically required data may be processed, in particular your IP address, date and time of access, browser and device information, referrer URL and requested content.
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in secure and stable website delivery. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., USA. Processing outside the EU/EEA cannot be excluded. Further information is available in Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
3. Contact by email
If you contact us by email or use a mailto link, we process the information you provide to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
4. Site submission via Microsoft Forms
We link to Microsoft Forms for structured submission and initial assessment of sites. When you open the form, you leave our website. If you use the form, Microsoft processes the information you enter and technically necessary usage data. This may include contact details, location data and information you voluntarily provide about the property or site.
We use the submitted data to assess, qualify and market the site and to contact you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where processing serves pre-contractual measures and, additionally, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in structured handling of site enquiries.
Microsoft Forms is part of Microsoft 365. Microsoft states that Forms meets GDPR compliance requirements and that data for European tenants can be stored in European databases. 5. Google Analytics
After your explicit consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-62J6BPF338. For users in the European Economic Area, the relevant Google entity is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Analytics helps us understand how the website is used. Data processed may include pages viewed, time and duration of visits, interactions, device and browser information, approximate location information and technical identifiers. Google states that individual IP addresses of users in the EU are not logged or stored and are removed before further processing within the EU.
Google Analytics is loaded only after you click “Accept” in our consent banner. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where information is stored on or accessed from your device, the applicable consent requirements under German telecommunications and digital services law. Google Signals and advertising-personalization functions are disabled in our implementation.
Transfers or further processing by Google companies outside the EU/EEA cannot be excluded. Further information is available in Google's Privacy Policy.
You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. Use Cookie settings and select “Decline”.
6. Cookies and local storage
We use local browser storage to remember your consent choice. Google Analytics cookies are set only after your consent. If you decline analytics or withdraw consent, Google Analytics is disabled and existing Google Analytics cookies are deleted where technically possible.
7. No additional marketing technologies
This website does not use a contact form, newsletter, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Insight Tag or Meta Pixel.
8. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as required for the relevant purpose or statutory retention obligations. Information submitted with site enquiries is retained according to the duration of the assessment, business initiation and, where applicable, the subsequent business relationship.
9. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have in particular rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection.
