Our approach

We are not a traditional broker. We are a marketplace for site rights.

Good charging infrastructure does not happen by chance. It happens when owners, operators, investors, grid connection, usage and economics fit together.

energieparkmakler structures exactly this process: from initial assessment to operator outreach, negotiation and securing suitable sites.

Site owners

You own or operate suitable locations and want to develop additional revenue streams.

Operators & investors

You need qualified site opportunities with realistic implementation potential.

Sites

Is my site suitable?

We assess site potential beyond location. Traffic volume, accessibility, visibility, competition, surrounding uses and charging use cases are decisive.

Service areas & filling stations

High relevance for fast charging along traffic corridors and existing mobility locations.

Retail & gastronomy

Suitable where dwell time, customer frequency and additional value come together.

Logistics & commercial sites

Relevant for depot, fleet and e-truck charging when operations, power demand and processes fit.

Greenventors Location Index

Site assessment instead of gut feeling.

Every relevant site is assessed using the Greenventors Location Index (GLI). The method combines expert assessment, market data and AI-supported analysis into a structured evaluation for eMobility locations.

This makes clear what a site can actually deliver — for site partners, operators and investors.

Reference

greenventors supported Pfalzwerke on the way to the Deutschlandnetz award.

Pfalzwerke Aktiengesellschaft was supported by greenventors from the beginning of the Deutschlandnetz project. The work covered project management, concept development, business case, site pipeline, site securing and operational questions up to the successful award.

The project combined technical understanding of fast-charging infrastructure with user perspective, operator requirements and market orientation. In site acquisition, greenventors identified and secured suitable sites and partners according to Pfalzwerke's requirements.

“Customer-oriented approach, strong implementation capability and deep expertise.”Florian Dommel, Head of Electromobility, Pfalzwerke

The key lesson: charging infrastructure is not created through isolated work packages. It works when concept, economics, site and operations are managed as one system.

Field Notes

What we learned from site development.

Why many sites are never built

Most projects do not fail because of interest. They fail because of unclear site logic, timing, economics or missing operator fit.

What operators really look for

Not just location. Usage, accessibility, visibility, competition and a robust economic fit matter most.

The most common mistakes in site requests

Too little data, unclear expectations and limited understanding of operator requirements.

Why traffic data alone is not enough

High traffic is worth little if the charging use case, surrounding uses, competition or dwell time do not fit the site.

Frequently Asked Questions

What site owners and operators want to know.

Does the initial site check cost anything?

The initial site check is non-binding and free of charge. Based on the available information, we assess the basic suitability for fast-charging infrastructure.

Which sites are relevant?

Typical sites include motorway service areas, fuel stations, retail locations, retail parks, logistics properties, commercial areas and high-traffic parking facilities.

Do I have to invest in the charging infrastructure myself?

No. In many cases, operators or investors finance, build and operate the charging infrastructure. The goal is a viable operator model for the site.

How long does commercialization take?

This depends on site quality, ownership structure, operator interest and implementation perspective. Suitable sites can often be assessed and commercialized within a few months.

Which operators does energieparkmakler work with?

We work with a network of operators, investors and energy companies and bring suitable sites to the market through a structured process.

Can I receive several offers?

Yes, if the site is relevant for several operators. The goal is to identify the best possible operator solution for suitable sites.

What happens after the site check?

After a positive assessment, the site is qualified, presented to operators and supported through possible contract negotiations or contract conclusion.

How can I submit a site?
